The History, Arts, Parks, and Recreation (HARP) Board is made up of seven (7) community members who are passionate about the unique culture of the City of Edgewater.  The purpose of the Board is to plan, advise and promote long-range programs and events that highlight Edgewater's historic, artistic and cultural value in cooperation with the City. 

Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:00pm.
